Niall Williams epitomises strength, athleticism and professionalism, a respected member of the New Zealand International Black Ferns Rugby 7’s side who obtained World Championship Status in 2018 at the  Ruby 7’s World Cup in San Francisco, Niall also got to experience what would be every athletes dream in competing in the 2016 Rio Olympics where she along with the Black Ferns Rugby 7’s side received a silver medal. More recently Niall also took out the Gold Medal in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Off the field Niall is a mother to two beautiful girls, and prior to becoming a professional Ruby player Niall and her Fiancé Tama Guthrie both played in the New Zealand Men’s and Woman’s Open Touch Football sides. Niall says that “being a mum and an athlete means looking after your body so that you can always give your best, I’m able to do this by getting the best sleep in my Adjusta Bed, the massage component is amazing post training and sleeping in the Zero Gravity position has helped reduce soreness”
